dave test

If you're reading this, there's a good chance math has caused you some real pain. Maybe you froze up on tests. Maybe you nodded along in class while understanding nothing. Maybe you've just quietly avoided anything that involves numbers ever since — and it's starting to cost you, in your job, in your finances, or in your confidence.

I want you to know: I've seen this pattern so many times, and it almost never has anything to do with your intelligence. It has to do with how math was taught to you. Procedures without explanations. Speed drills without understanding. The feeling that everyone else just got it while you fell further behind. That experience leaves a mark — but it is not permanent, and it is not the truth about you.

Master Math exists because I believe deeply that math is learnable by anyone when it's taught the right way. That means starting with the "why," not just the "how." It means connecting every concept to something real — a grocery receipt, a work spreadsheet, a home improvement project — so your brain has somewhere to put the new information. It means never moving on until the foundation is solid. When I built this curriculum, I asked myself the same question at every step: would a nervous student feel safe here? If the answer wasn't yes, I rewrote it.

In this school, we start by genuinely addressing math anxiety — because until we do, no amount of instruction lands properly. Then we move through arithmetic, fractions, decimals, and percentages; into algebra and the beautiful logic of equations; through graphs and data that you'll see every day in the news and at work; and into geometry that shows up in the real world constantly. Every section ends with you being able to do something useful, not just answer practice problems.

By the end, you won't just have covered a list of math topics. You'll have a reliable process for tackling problems you've never seen before. You'll know how to check your work, catch your own errors, and keep growing after the course is over. You'll have proof — your own proof — that you can do this.

Come as you are. We'll take it one step at a time, together.
